Creative Movement
ages 3-4
45 min class once a week
This class is an introduction to dance. It uses games and props to help students with coordination, rhythmic awareness and imagination. Students will use memory and focus to learn a few classical ballet positions and terms. They will also begin to understand the etiquette of the ballet classroom.

This class can also be for students who have no experience in dance. It will include and expand on the same lessons learned in Creative Movement. Student will work on coordination, focus and memory while using their imagination and having fun. In this class students will be introduced to the barre and will work on growing their understanding of classical ballet.

75-min class once or twice a week
It is recommended to have previous dance training for this class but not required. Students in Ballet II will use what they have learned in Creative Movement and Ballet I and expand on them greatly. They will work on the repetition and speed of what they have learned. Student will learn more classical ballet vocabulary and will start building the strength to go on pointe. They will spend more time at the barre and will learn across the floor and center combinations.

Ballet III
ages 10-12
90-min class once or twice a week
It is also recommended to have previous ballet training for Ballet III. Student will learn more ballet steps and terms in this class. They will increase speed and repetition of those they already know. Some students will be put on pointe depending on how long they have been training and there abilities. They will gain a lot of strength, focus and knowledge of ballet in this class.

It is required to have previous training for this class. This is the most advanced class and will include pointe work and classical ballet variations. In this class students will review everything they have learned with increased speed and repetition. Combinations will be more complicated and more strength will be needed to complete the class. Student will learn the last few steps and terms to knowing the complete repertoire of classical ballet.
