Barnstable Drama Classes

Broadway for Teens with Dru Sunderman Sing challenging music from the rich and varied repertoire of musical theatre and the Broadway stage. While singing the music of Gershwin, Porter, Berlin and more, you can learn how to hone your sight signing skills as a soloist and with a small vocal ensemble. Harmony is a specialty and performance is a must. Students are required to audition. ages 13+ Tues 6:00-7:30 pm 6 weeks $125

 

Drama - Jacek Zuzanski, M.A.

Students will learn acting skills by playing theatre games, enjoying movement exercises, developing vocal expressiveness and exploring pantomime and improvisation. These classes offer an experience in the demands and expectations of the theatre in a friendly learning format.

During the first meetings we will examine few excerpts from different short plays and then we will choose one to work on. Students will develop their creativity working on the characters for the play which they will perform at the end of the class.

Acting Class ages 7-9, Tuesday, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm - $160

Acting Class ages 10-12, Tuesday, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm - $160
