Falmouth Adult Dance

First Saturday Dances - Social Ballroom Dancing
7:00 to 10:00 PM
$10/drop-in
The first hour of the session is a beginning and refresher hour followed by an evening of guided dances including slow dance, swing and merengue. Bring a dance partner or find one here! Light refreshments and soft drinks in the lobby.

Belly Dance
With Elena Griffin
The incredibly popular belly dance is a very feminine art form and is known for its fluidity and grace, as well as its response to the call of the drum.
Participants will learn not only dance technique and movement, but also traditional rhythms, history, and culture in order to make this a well rounded experience.

Adult Ballet - Intro
With Sheena Harper
It's never too late to live your dream. No previous dance training is required. This class offers an easy and highly enjoyable introduction to the basics of ballet. Students will become familiar with all of the fundamentals of ballet in a low-pressure environment. Whether you aspire to join the Joffrey or simply add the grace and poise of ballet to your dance vocabulary... you can do it, we can help!
Ages 16+
Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 pm
16 weeks, $250 |
Hip-Hop Intro
With Sheena Harper
Have fun in a judgement-free zone. No previous dance training required. Each class starts with stretching and strengthening exercises and finishes with a fun Hip-Hop / cardio dance combination! It's a great way to have fun and stay in shape.
Ages 16+
Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00 pm
16 weeks, $250 |
Flexi Fit
With Barbara Barsham, AFAA & FRA Certified
Flexi Fit encompasses dance and fitness– core training, balance, flexibility, muscle strengthening and toning – for the entire
body. Bring hand weights (optional) and
wear comfortable soft-soled indoor
shoes or just your socks. We’ll supply the
large flexibility ball.
An early spring session will run
March 4 - April 8.
