Make-Believe Dolls Camp
with the Remarkable Sally Egan
Everyone loves Sally and this is just one reason why. As she does (with Sheila) every day at the Falmouth Conservatory's Nursery-Kindergarten, she knows how to inspire and enchant children. Her summer Fairy Camps are always popular (and sold out... hint!)
JAPANESE DOLLS
Taken from the pages of Rumer Godden's treasured Miss Happiness and Miss Flower, students will spend the week creating adventures for two amazing talking dolls! Students will craft their own doll-house-size doll in kimono. Highlights of the week will include a Japanese Tea ceremony for the children and their new dolls.
In the second week we will work on books bound in an authentic Japanese technique as well as construct Japanese dolls, Japanese doll houses, make futons and other accessories for our dolls!
