Ballet I/II

Based in the “Vaganova Method,” this level focuses on good placement, posture, poise and attention to correct technique. The classes are taught with humor and joy. Students develop a sense of team work as they learn barre, centre combinations and phrasing. Students will continue to expand on their technique and ballet vocabulary while increasing strength. At this level, two technique classes per week are strongly recommended. Students will be evaluated for possible enrollment in the repertoire class.
